By how much should I cut my calories by?
Hello I'm an 18 year old 6'4 male weighing 247 and I don't look fat I'm barely I overweight but I want to lose 20-30 pounds and get that lean/abs look and I can only do mild exercise such as walking and maybe home workouts 3-4 weeks since I was born with leg issues. I'd love it if someone can help me lose that 20-30 pounds…
