Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knew how to calculate calories burned without a pedometer or calorie tracker. I am training for a 5k using the c25k training sessions. Week one is a 5 minute brisk walk then alternating between 1 minute jog and 1 and a half minute walk for 20 minutes. Thanks
