Decided to make the change.
well after being on a huge roller coaster the last 10 years and my weight fluctuating +/-100lbs I have decided that now that I am within 10lbs of my heaviest again its enough. With some major support/guidance from my sister who is now half the person that she was 2yrs ago I can do it this time! Justin
