Yeesh! Does anyone actually get 38 grams of fiber?
Because I'm having a hard time getting that much on a daily basis. Kashi for breakfast, two cups of spinach with lunch and 8 oz of cooked black beans with dinner are only 15 grams. Have some flaxseed sprinkled on a banana and you're still only at 21. Add a whole avocado's worth guacamole and 6 corn tortillas to all that…
