I am a former college football player, i am 24, graduate in may. I Will be going into the military and i'm looking to lose weight. I weigh 240lbs and im looking to get down to around 220. I'm on a steady weightlifting plan an am currently doing Insanity for my cardio. any support is welcome. Thank you
I am a very active person. Former College athlete, i lift weights 4 days a week, i do insanity 6 days, but i just cant seem to lose my mid section and moobs. Can anyone suggest a good supplement to take?
