Been at this weight for too long
I have lost over 40 lbs. so far and I can't seem to get past this point. I am always right at or just below my calorie goal per day, I drink at least 10 cups of water a day, I walk 3-4 miles at 3 mph at least 6 days a week. I don't know what else to do or what I need to change. Any suggestions?
