Surely you're all familiar with the phenomenom: you notice that you weigh less in the morning then you did the night before. But why? It doesn't make any sense to me. What do we lost in those 7 hours of sleep? Note: This is assuming you don't use the washroom or eat anything between the night and morning weigh-ins.
Is it bad that I'm consistently at or exceeding my sugar limit (the source of all that is bad in our modern diets) despite maintaining my calorie limit?
