Keto is the best thing ever. So grateful for finding this lifestyle and proud of myself for learning everything I could plus sticking to it. Progress Update - 92 Pounds Lost
Thought I'd leave a progress update here. I should wait for another 8 pounds to come off but I'm feeling good today and wanted to share. If I can do it, everyone can, without a doubt. Keto is a life-saver and I'm just so glad I started.
