Help with the last 40 pounds
I began m journey several months ago making drastic lifestyle changes. I have lost 60 pounds to date. MyFitness Pal says if I want to loose 1.5 ponds per week I should consume about 1800 calories a day. I am 6 foot one and 209 pounds. I do 60 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. Wanna live long life
So last few months I am getting wicked headaches. Go to the doctor and he says 'watch your sugar". No problem. Headaches continue. Really bad. maybe I have migranes. Doct gives me T3's.
