What do you eat when you need calories, but aren't hungry?
I'm curious, what would you choose to eat if you still needed a largeish bit of calories for the day, but just don't have the appetite or desire to eat anything (not feeling well, etc.)? Something calorically dense, I suppose, but go for protein? Carbs? Or is 1-2 days not really that big of a deal and you just wouldn't…
