Beta weights...what are you all using/planning to use?
So I am on week 5 of Alpha this week and I am looking ahead at Beta. Right now I only own 2 and 3 lb hand weights and I know they are going to be too light. I am thinking about getting a resistance band set and using that instead of dumbells as I can keep increasing the resistance as I need it without buying new weights.…

I did my Lvl1 Day 1 workout today and it felt so good. It was challenging in all the right ways and i felt like I got a fantastic burn in. How is everyone else feeling today?
