I'm so confused
I may be a complete idiot but this whole weight loss thing has muddled my brain. I'm set as lightly active although on average I've walked 7.9km/4.9 mile a day this week. Myfitnesspal reckons I've burnt 470 calories from walking today - I have it synced to my iphone. I am set to lose 2lbs a week. Yesterday I ate 1960…
