Hey all, I've been doing the My Fitness Pal for quite a while now (on and off for about a year). I've also started a regular work out schedule. First 3 days a week and I have now increased to 4-5 times a week. I have been doing this for about 2 years now. I do 2-3 bootcamps a week and 2 nights of zumba. I have completely…
