MFP suggesting to consume less calories than my BMR
My BMR is a bit less than 2000 ( 32 years, 5ft 10, 222 lbs, male ). I want to loose 2 pounds per week. For this, MFP is suggesting that the max calories I can take is around 1400. Does this make sense? I've been reading on the forums and everyone says it's not wise to consume less than the BMR. I must be doing something…
