I recently bought a fancy digital scale after having a old fashioned cheapo from walmart for years. The problem is that the new fancy one has four raised 'feet' that the scale has to rest on a hard surface. We have wall to wall mexican tile in our house (a lot of it we carpeted over) and not one of those surfaces is level.…

I start Week 5 of C25K tomorrow and I did a 10k yesterday. I am SO sore today. Would walking help or should I just stay resting?
Where can I find a workout on there that is non-stop? I have puttered through the menus somewhat and can't find anything that just goes and goes, everything wants to stop and go and stop and go.
