Food for thought
How do you keep food off your mind? Since cutting portion sizes and lowering my caloric intake all I can think about is food. I feel like I'm always hungry. Does any one else have this problem? How do you deal with it?

Hello... again. I'm a new old member. My wife michelle and I joined this community about 4 months ago. I kinda fell off the wagon. Instead of keeping my same profile I decided I needed a new start.. So her I am again! I welcome any friendship and support and have plenty to give! Thanx, Devin
