I need help. I don't have any willpower whatsoever and I need to lose about 30 pounds!!! I do walk our dog almost every night but am having problems with snacking. I can eat snack afer snack in a matter of minutes. It seems like nothing satisfies me from sweet to salty.
I've tried and tried to stay motivated. I dwell on losing weight from the time I wake up in the morning until I go to bed at night. The problem is that while I'm eating my snacks I keep thinking that I have to lose weight. I know that I'm not hungry, just out of boredom. Suggestions anyone?
