My Fitness Pal Confusion
I need to lose 5 lbs. However weather I work out or not I don't lose. It's also telling me that I lost 89 pounds which is not true at all. It so I would not be alive. How do I work this app so I can get the most out of it? My fitbit account tells me to eat half the cals that this program does. I spend a bit on fit bit. So…
