HELP!!!!!
I have been dieting and exercising for about 5 weeks now. The first week I lost 3 lbs, the 2nd week I lost 5 lbs, the 3rd week I gained 5 lbs and the 4th week I stayed the same, tonight I am weighing in for the 5th week and I am so scared to even get near the scale.
