HELLO EVERYONE. I STARTED THE 17 DAY DIET 55 DAYS AGO. I HAVE LOST BETWEEN 17 AND 19 LBS.... IT FLUCTUATES. I WALK ON THE TREADMILL USUALLY 30 MINUTES A DAY.
