Hi, I'm 5ft 7" and 37. Currently 84.2kgs, looking to get to 73 as a first goal :) Anyone who is on a similar pathway please feel free to add me. I'm doing 'clean eating' and loving it :)
So.... if you have a blow out on one day (I'm on 1200 calories a day), should you extract the amount you are over by from the next day, or just carry on as usual?? and do some exercise! ;)
