1 Week at gym, No weight loss.
Hi! So i've just startd going back to the gym after a long break.. I've gone 5/7 days, and so far not lost any weight. Workout consists of ~25 minutes of cardio, along with ~30mins of weights. I'm aged 18, ~6.3 feet and weigh 117KG My diet is consisting of ~2000 calories, mainly consisting of vegatables/fruit/meat I drink…
