Looking for Flounder Recipe
Hey all I've been on MFP for a week now and have lost 6 lbs. I want to make a good flounder recipe for my fiance and she is also on MFP so I want it healthy. Yes I can just do a basic breaded fish but any thoughts on this?

Hey there, Well after being content to not watch what I ate in the last couple of years, it's time to get back to it so here I am. Good thing with this is my fiance is doing it too so much easier. Hope I can stay on it as I hit 41 later this month.
