Water helps you lose
I just figured out how water helps you lose weight. I went from the 8 cups, to 1/2 my weight in oz so I have been drinking a ton more water and it just hit me. When you drink so much water you get off the couch to go pee so much more there for geting exersise.

sore muscles
Ok not a injury just sore musles from starting to lift. What do you do to help them not hurt? Ice? Heat? I can't use Ibprophin because I all ready take a anti inflamitory for a medical condition. Thanks my quads are just aching.
