Okay, let's say for example's sake that I have a 1200 calorie daily limit. If I eat 1200 calories of super-healthy foods (veggies, fruits, lean meats, nuts, etc.), will I lose more weight than if I eat 1200 calories of a mixture of foods (some healthy, some junk food)?
