"Healthy Fats" and the fat goal....is it ok to go over?
Trying to incorporate "healthy fats" into my diet (Avocado, walnuts, olive oil, etc) . Anyone else having a hard time incorporating these and staying under the fat goal? I'm wondering if it's ok to go over a little if they are heart healthy fats? I've used bare minimum to try to keep within range - hard to do if you don't…
