what type of scale do you use?
I have a simple health-o-meter, but i feel it's not very accurate. what kind of bathroom scales do you guys use? i'm looking to buy a new one that isn't too expensive! thanks :)

I need some suggestions of foods that are low in sodium. I often go over my sodium count and it's getting frustrating!

8 cups of water?
Okay so this maybe a stupid question, but I know on here it says they recommend 8 cups of water a day. Now does that mean 8 glasses of water or like 8 measuring cups of water. hahaha I feel kind of stupid asking this, but I'm just curious :)

I always here that you shouldn't eat after a certain time (like 9pm or something) what do you guys and girls know about that, I've always been curious.
