I have had a really bad weekend and have snacked for most of it. Found it even harder today as my daughter wanted to bake. Which meant I ate a lot of the things she was making. Any tips on healthier snacking and/or ways to actually stop the binge eating when bored or faced with food you really shouldn't eat?
Been on here for a few years now, but kind of gave up about 18 months ago due to bad health and only eating when i was able to stomach anything(which always ended up being the wrong things) :( Been ok for a while now but couldnt get back into it and because of this have put on a bit of weight.
