so i've been on the badminton team for quite some time and have developed big muscles at my thigh area that i dont like.. so i figured in order to lose that muscle i have to stop working out. but i'm afraid that if i stop working out i will gain weight.. so i would like to know if i stop working out but continue to count…

fitbit benefits?
i'm on a 1200 calorie diet but i feel like i'm not eating enough ?? but i'm afraid to go over that in case i gain weight. so i was thinking of getting a fitbit to calculate my calories and all that. it's quite expensive so i would like to know if it really works and what are the benefits of it? thank you :-)

3 meals or 6 meals a day is better?
