Too many calories at night stop weightloss?!
So, my weight didn't change the last 2 weeks, and usually, I'd have lost like 4-5 pounds. Now, I noticed that I eat too less calories during the day..and too many at night ( In order to eat all the calories I have, otherwise I'd eat too small ) . So, I am a little bit confused about the activity level. I workout average 6 days a week about a hour a day.
