I cycle 4-6 miles a day, do 2 one hour aerobic sessions a week and I go to college (or out in the weekend) so I am on my feet for at least half of the day. In the summer holidays I recorded myself as lightly active (as I only walked about 2-3 miles a day) so how active do you think I am now?
