My mum and I have just been to a Zumba class and while walking afterwards she kept catching her heel mid-step and it looks painful when she walks or gets up from a sitting position :ohwell: Is there anything I can do for her?
I have a friend who is on the MFP generic 1200 calorie daily goal, but also runs most days (sometimes twice a day) and doesn't eat her exercise calories back.
