Has anyone tried the 21 Day Fix? If so, would you recommend it?
I just recently started back and would like to change my starting weight, since my starting weight was probably 2 years ago. I have lost 2.7 pounds just recently but it is still showing pounds lost as zero. Can someone tell me how to make my starting weight what it was before I lost the 2.7 pounds so those will register?
Has anyone tried or is anyone doing the 10 minute trainer? I'm thinking about getting it and was wondering if anyone has had good results with it.
