Can you 'save calories' for a special occasion?
I was wondering what everyone does when they have an occasion coming up that they know will bring them over calories for the day. Can you save some calories from a few days before and/or after and then use them? Is that considered cheating? I know that I can also eat less for my other meals that day and exercise a bit more…

Suck it up or take a break?
I have started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Finished Day 2, Week 1 yesterday. I am sore today! Wondering if I should just keep going or take a break for one day? I did a 30 minute jog today so it's not like I'm not working out at all. Is it good or bad for your body to work through pain?

Net points?
Hi All, On the 'My Home' page at the top, it gives 'net points' each day. Is that the number of points of deficit after all my food and exercise is calculated? If so, does anyone know how it calculates it? Thanks!
