I've never used the free weights or weight machines at the gym but I want to start and I'd really like to know what I should try and any gym etiquette that applies to this situation. Please help!
So I lost 7 lbs in my first 7 days on MFP. I've been eating 1600 calories a day and exercising but is it possible to lose that much so fast or do I need a new scale? I'm starting from a high weight (251).
