So while I really love being able to view the ratio of calories I've been eating on the MFP app, oftentimes it doesn't update when I add foods from my computer. Are there any websites that will help me see my ratios just like on the MFP app?
so I just started keto this week, and I wanted to know what other people on keto do for breakfast besides eggs/meat. I like that combo, but I want to know if there's anything else I can eat to vary my diet a bit.
