I have only lost 10 pounds so far and I am losing my motivation. I have a lot of weight to lose and I need to do this for myself, my amazing husband and four kids. How do I get back to being psyched about my weight loss journey?? Help please.... :~/
I just started my weight loss journey on Sunday, April 10. I am very excited, but scared that this will fail like all of the other diets I have tried. I really need the motivation from these message boards to keep me on the right track!
