PCOS and weight loss
I am struggling with PCOS and weight loss as well. I dont know if i will be ever recovered or at least will be able to reduce symptoms of pcos as i heard by reducing weight i can do it. I joined that group to get help n meet some others like me struggling with this condition. Thanks Momel

Hi i am new to this group.I want to learn clean eating because that s so far a challenge for me. Weight loss is a must for me because of my medical conditions and hormonal problems(PCOS). I hope i will learn a lot from here and will implement that in my life.
