Broken ribs - ouchy
I've just recently broken my ribs - high up on the right side - very sore :sad: What exercise have others who has also been through this done while they are healing? The last time I did this (almost a year ago exactly!) I was away on holidays so exercise wasn't exactly part of my plan then anyway! I'm not stressing out…
