Calories burned v. weight
I'm 5'5" 103 lbs. and I started exercising because I'm out of shape but do not want to lose any weight. I'm taking a step aerobics class and a zumba-style class, and according to the exercise log, I only burn 245(high impact aerobics) and 300(step) in a 45 minute fast-paced class.
