My fiance has taken up fishing as a hobby, and soon I'm going to be having some trout to make for dinner. Anyone have some good and healthy recipe suggestions? I've never really dealt with fish before, so I'm pretty lost!

Should I trust my hrm?
Today I walked a hilly trail for a little under an hour. My heart rate was mostly in the 160s and 170s but went as high as 180 on the steeper hills. My hrm says I burned 955 calories, but this seems ridiculously high to me. What do you think?
