I'm new to my fitness pal, so when it says i burned a certain amount of calories, and i earned them or something, does that mean i can eat that much more? or do I just eat what i have in my food diary?
i joined my fitness pal yesterday, and i am already loving it! it's so easy and convenient for me to track everything. I'm looking to get a lean body for the summer, and I think fitness pal will actually make it work for me this time. I'm excited! (:
