So I started this weight loss thing 23 days ago and I've lost 12 pounds. Is this a good pace to lose weight? I'm eating around 1300-1600 calories a day And riding the bike for at least 30 mins also.
Hey just curious to see how long it took to reach your goal weight? I'd like to lose 100lbs. Anyone here lose close to that? How many months / years I'd it take you?
