I base my whole workout on Push Ups. I usually do from 8 to 10 sets of 30 Push Ups, How many calories am I really Burning? Does anyone know, or can anyone help me figure how many I'm truly burning? I only ask because MFP doesn't count them towards my daily goal.
New to my fitness pal. Well not really, I just now learned about the online community lol but, I hope my fitness pal is what I've been missing to get where I want to be weight wise. I'm also looking forward to meeting new people who can help keep me motivated as well as I them to reach our fitness goals.
