Help, constantly hungry
Hello all, I am fairly new to MFP. I eat about 1200 calories a day, im 5'4 190 lbs, and I workout about 5-6 times a week. I eat back my exercise calories, but I'm constantly hungry. For example today for lunch I had a 4 oz chicken breast and 3.5 cups of mixed veggies and 3 hrs later I was starving. If you look at my diary…
