I am a weight watchers life timer. Been with them for 4 years this month. Reached my goal in about 9 months. Maintained . But in the last 1&1/2 years have gained back 9 of the 16 lbs I lost. I'm at a loss of how to lose it. I've tried everything!
I'm having trouble lately maintaining my weight watchers goal. I lost 20 lbs about 2 years ago and lately I can't even weigh in bc I'm always 10ths of a point -1 lb over the maximum I can weigh without having to pay for a meeting. What can I do to get under the goal that I set?
