This is from eating smaller portions, taking away soda, other high-calorie drinks, and fast food, and working out. I've had a couple month slumps along the way, but I'm posting this to help me get back on track. I've lost a couple lbs since this photo was taken and I'm trying to lose more before I take a vacation in May.
