I have added a Protein drink in my quest in the morning, as I have a hard time with hunger around 10:00 am, which has worked! My question is that I am alloted 45g Protein a day and the drink is 31g in itself, so I am going over on my protein but still remaining within my calories? Is there a thing as too much protein?
