I have a weighted hula hoop and LOVE hooping. I know it's supposed to be good for cardio, but I live in a studio apartment so there isn't much I can do besides shifting weight. Has anyone had success with using hooping for cardio?
I just wanted to write a quick note to say hi and to say that I'm SUPER excited to be part of this community! I just started MFP today and am tired of having yo-yo weight loss/gain. I'm ready to commit to it and seeing so many people here is really motivating! Yay!
