I dont know if these have been asked and answered before but here goes. What is the best way to calculate burned calories when on a treadmill or the weights for strength training ? Next, how good is the Taylor scales ? I hate scales, but its needed sometimes, lol

I am deeply lost on what to do here, I have been using this ap to help count calories and being very honest with it as well as documenting everything. The problem is this, i started out at 210 and now I'm 206. I use the c25k ap (30 min ) for cardio 3 days a week, strength train with weights (30 min )for the other 3 days…
